Efrain Diaz, the oldest of five children, is the first in his family to go to college. He plans to transfer to a major university upon completion of his studies at Estrella Mountain Community to complete his education. He strives for a career in law enforcement to help make the community a better place. Apart from being a full-time student, Diaz keeps busy working alongside his father in their family landscaping business.

Diaz believes that “education will make you a better person.”
